New in /Amalfi Kimono Robe

Quality & print is beautiful but robe far too big. I'm 5'4" & waist tie is around my bum 😥 feels like there's far too much material in it for me & too long

I purchased the Amalfi Kimono robe for my wife as an anniversary gift. I can't review the robe as I have not worn it. Nor do I plan to - it would not suit my figure.
Needless to say, it looks absolutely fabulous (and extremely comfortable) on my wife.
Where I believe MMB went beyond the call of duty was in the fantastic customer service. There was an issue with delivery which was purely a breakdown in communication with our state postal service, and absolutely nothing to do with MMB. All the same, Melissa was extremely accommodating to me as we attempted to pinpoint where my parcel had ended up. Whether it be instant personalised email replies late in to the night, or drawn-out phonecalls to the local postmaster, Mellissa made it her business to facilitate me and give me a successful outcome. She didn't have to do this - the product had already been purchased and dispatched - MMB's part of the bargain was complete. But, with the numerous calls to the mail sorting office, and the emails, calls, and texts to me while keeping me in the loop - Melissa 's resilience, attention to detail, and pride in her customer service, all ensured I was another happy customer.

This is my third robe from MMB & yet again I am in awe ! Each robe is beautiful & elegant , making anyone feel amazing ! Even getting my package is a pleasure ,opening the box, the wrapping ,the scent . 5 stars all around !

It’s my fourth robe and the quality gets better every time. Feels like silk without the price tag!
